This service is available once your puppy has had their second set of vaccinations until they are 6 months old. It is designed to get the puppy used to the noises and sensations of grooming before their first full groom (usually around 6 months old) . This includes a bath using a natural puppy shampoo, blow dry, brush through, eye trim, hygiene trim, nail trim and ear clean. Usually between 1-3 puppy grooms are recommended before having a full groom.

Any dog with a severe case of matting will be subject to this fee to cover the cost of damage to equiptment
Any dog found with fleas will be subject to this fee and will be bathed in a flea shampoo
